Louis Warner
Louis is a Partner at Granpool, bringing over 25 years of experience building, investing in, and leading venture-backed technology companies. An experienced executive chairman, investor, co-founder, and former CEO and COO, he has worked with hundreds of founders across the technology ecosystem.
Alongside his role at Granpool, Louis serves as Chairman of Brenpower (Industrial AI digital twins) and Board Director at Dayjob (YC Spring 2026; agentic AI for waste logistics) and Metalchemy (nanotechnology-based biocides). He is also a Partner at G-Force and AI Tech Builders, investing in deep tech, AI, and software businesses.
Throughout his career, Louis has helped scale businesses from early-stage ventures to successful exits, including lastminute.com (IPO) and eviivo (private equity exit). He also played a role in venture building at Founders Factory, whose global portfolio has grown to over 500 companies.
